If you click on the 'Register' button and nothing happens, your internet settings need to be reset to the default settings.  Please do the following:

 

1.  In Internet Explorer, click on 'Tools' and select "Internet Options".

2. Click on the Security Tab.

3. You should see a picture of the Earth with "Internet" underneath it.  Select this icon, and click the Default Level Button under the Security Level section of the window.

4.  Click on the Local Intranet Icon and click on the Default Level Button as well.

5.  Close Internet Explorer and start it again.  You should now be able to register.
